  Dear Parents and Carers,

   

  As you may already be aware, Mr. Allen has been working at another school within our Trust alongside his role here. Mr. Allen will be continuing to lead the other school past this academic year. Therefore, we will be recruiting a new substantive Head of School to provide dedicated leadership to our school community moving forward.

   

  We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining the high standards of education and care that our children receive. We are confident that we will find a strong leader who will build on the excellent work that has been done here.

   

  In the meantime, we are putting plans in place to ensure that our school continues to run smoothly, with support from the Trust and our senior leadership team.
