- When logging in for the first time, parents must use a pc/desktop or web browser, then you can use the app moving forward. The Arbor App can then be downloaded from either the Google Play store on android phones or the Apple Store on iPhones.
- Parents with multiple children at different schools can only be logged into one child's account at a time. If you have siblings in the same school, you can switch between siblings accounts.
- If you get an error message saying you are not connected to internet, you should check that your wi-fi is secure and Arbor is an acceptable site on their wi-fi. You can also try re-setting the wi-fi.
You can make payments and top up accounts for trips/meals etc by simply logging into the Parent Portal. Your balances from our last system have been set up and will also show in the Parent Portal. If you need any help you can find more information in the guide below.
