  • Wear Yellow Day

    Tue 14 May 2024

On June 21st, we will be participating in "Wear Yellow for Cystic Fibrosis" day. This cause is especially meaningful to us as a school community, as one of our students has Cystic fibrosis.

We invite everyone to show their support by wearing yellow to help raise awareness. Additionally, we aim to raise funds for this important charity, and any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.

To learn more about Cystic Fibrosis please visit https://www.cysticfibrosis.org.uk/what-is-cystic-fibrosis

    Thank you for your support.

  • Mental Health Awareness Week

    Mon 13 May 2024

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme is ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health.’

One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement. Our bodies and our minds are connected. Looking after ourselves physically can also help us prevent problems with our mental health.

Movement is a fantastic way to enhance our wellbeing, it also helps us feel better about our bodies and improve self-esteem. Just a short 10-minute walk can improve our mood, the quality of sleep and help with memory and brain function.
