Thursday 4th March: World Book Day
Wed 03 Mar 2021Despite being at home this year, this will not stop us dressing up for World Book Day! We would like you to dress up as someone inspirational this year. It could be a character from a book, an author, an athlete, teacher and so on. Who will you choose? Please send in your photos so we can share them on Dojo!

Survey
Wed 03 Mar 2021We have been asked to share this survey with you on behalf of Kent County Council who are reviewing the school entry hearing screening programme.
Children in Reception Year are offered a school entry hearing screen by the Kent School Health Service in school or clinic. This year (and also last year) the programme has been delivered differently as a result of Covid-19 and families have been given the opportunity to opt into the programme if they have concerns about their child’s hearing.
If your child is in Year 2 please complete our 10-minute survey by the 12th of March 2021, so that your views can be included in any future plans for the screening programme.’

School kitchen / lunch arrangements
Wed 03 Mar 2021Our school catering company, CH&CO, will be back in school to provide a full service from Monday 8th March. Children in Years R, 1 and 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals.
If your child is not entitled to Free School Meals (in Years 3-6) payment should be made in advance directly to CH&CO by registering or logging in HERE.
A new menu is HERE for your information.
Purple and Green bubbles will continue to have lunch (both cooked and packed lunch) in the hall. Red and Yellow bubbles will have packed lunches and school dinners in their classrooms for the rest of this term.
This will be reviewed over Easter in preparation for Terms 5 & 6.
