• Remembrance Day Poppy Appeal

  We are pleased to let you know that from today, poppies and other commemorative items will be available to purchase at school in support of the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal.

   

  Items will be sold each school day for one week, leading up to Remembrance Sunday. Our Head Boy and Head Girl will be helping to run the sales, and children wishing to purchase a poppy or other items should bring their cash donations into school.

   

  This is a meaningful opportunity for our school community to come together in remembrance and reflection, and to support a very worthy cause. We hope that the families of Sunny Bank will join us in commemorating Armistice Day and help raise funds for those who have served and continue to serve.

   

  Thank you for your continued support, and we encourage everyone to purchase their poppies through school.
