Family Support
I would like to introduce myself;
My name is Lisa Newbury, I am the Family Liaison Officer at Sunny Bank.
I started on this incredible journey in September 2020.
My role is to offer support and understanding to our families. my door is always open if you want to pop in for a cuppa and a chat or just call me.
I am able to assist with:
* signposting to local organisations/charities and food banks.
*Support our families with school meetings
*Support and attend with the family to other professional meetings
*refer to school health
* make safeguarding/ early help referrals.
In my role i also help to support & promote good school attendance. if you are struggling to get your child/children into school, contact me and i will see where we can offer support to prevent this from escalating and your child becoming a school refuser.

Swale Foodbank are a charity run provision that provide food and toiletries for those who find themselves in need in Swale and the surrounding area.
All of the centres run to a voucher model - foodbank vouchers are required in advance of receiving a food parcel. If you are in need of a food parcel, then please contact me and I will be able to process a voucher for you. This will come via email or I can print a copy for you. You will then be able to redeem this with the Swale Foodbank.
Sateda is a domestic abuse charity in Swale.
