The vision for reading at Sunny Bank Primary School is that every child leaves this school with a love of reading. Our children understand that reading opens up infinite worlds, experiences and knowledge. Reading incites children to become life-long learners. All children leave Sunny Bank fluent readers, with the skills that they need to progress in the next stage of their journey and in life. 

Week 1 of the new term and we're already celebrating impressive reading results! It's clear our children have been diving into books not just in the evenings & weekends, but even during the school holiday! Keep that momentum going, readers! Let’s make this term a page-turner!
