FREE Breakfast Club – 7.30am start (book via Arbor)
After School Clubs – finish at 4.15pm (register and pay via Arbor) 

How to register for after school clubs

• Log into Arbor
• Choose: Activities
• Choose Clubs for each child: After School Club “CHILD’s NAME” can be registered for these clubs (2025/2026) YOU NEED TO DO THIS FOR EVERY SIBLING
• TOP UP ACCOUNT IN FIRST INSTANCE (GREEN BUTTON) – Minimum Top up is £2.00

Once the account for each child is topped up with funds – then parents still need to register each child for the club. Topping up funds is not sufficient to book club. Parents MUST register each child for the club.

• CHOOSE REGISTER “CHILD’S NAME” FOR THIS CLUB (GREEN BUTTON)
• Membership option: Choose After school club
• Membership period: Choose day/days which you require
• Select session interval: Choose time (pick-ups 4pm and 5pm ONLY)
• CHOOSE GREEN “REGISTER CHILD’s NAME FOR THIS CLUB”

THE DEADLINE FOR BOOKING AFTER SCHOOL CLUB IS 12:30PM.

IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT REGISTERED THEN YOU WILL NEED TO COLLECT AT 3:15PM.

THE OFFICE CAN NO LONGER BOOK CLUBS ON BEHALF OF PARENTS

Emergency Phone Number

We have now introduced a new mobile phone number for our After School Club. The number is 07593 954 823. Please see below regarding contacting ASC in the event of emergencies only.

• This line is only open to parents between 4pm-5pm. Any contact with school before these hours, should be made via the main school office. Please note: the school office telephone lines automatically switch to night service at 4:30pm when the main school office is closed.
• Contact via the After School Club mobile line is for absolute emergencies only, as staff are actively with the children.
• This line is not open for early collections. Collections from club are via the side entrance/exit gate at 4pm and 5pm only.
• This line is not to be used to book After School Club. All bookings MUST be made on Arbor - the office are unable to book on parents behalf. Deadline is 12:30pm each day.
• No text messages will be answered on this line. The phone is for calls and Dojo communications only.
• If ASC do happen to miss a call, staff will call back from the school phones. Parents will need to continue contacting via the mobile if necessary.
