Dear families of pupils in Nursery to Year 5 only

Your child will be bringing home a letter and form regarding allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements. Please check their bags. It is very important that parents complete this form and return to us by the end of this week.

Schools are required to ensure allergy information for pupils is up to date and as we are migrating to a new system - it is essential that we have these details. Kindly please return the form that will be sent home by 10th July.

Parents of current Year 6 pupils DO NOT need to complete this form.
