We are informing you of an important change to our Management Information System (MIS). As you know the school currently used Arbor.
From 1st July 2026, our school will transition from Arbor to a new system called Compass. This system will improve how we communicate with families and manage bookings.
To access Compass, you will need to download the Compass Parent App. We will send your login details via email within the next couple of weeks.

To ensure you receive this information, please check that we have your correct email address on record. You can update your details in the Arbor app or by contacting the school office. Please do this by Friday 26th June 2026.
We will be reviewing all accounts and will be contacting families to settle any outstanding balances prior to the transfer. However, if any balances remain unpaid, these will transfer across to Compass and will still be outstanding.
Any credit balances on your child’s account will also be transferred to Compass.
Any trips that have already been paid for will transfer across. If payments are still outstanding, these will need to be settled via Compass.
From 1st July 2026, all bookings for Breakfast Club and After School Club must be made through the Compass Parent App.
