Clicker Newsletter

Welcome to your June Clicker newsletter. This month, we’ve got a couple of webinars lined up and some fantastic new resources to share with you!

Back to basics — free parent training webinar

As well as being a brilliant classroom learning tool, Clicker offers plenty of support for reading and writing at home.

Designed for parents and Clicker novices, this training session will cover all the basics to help you get started. Join our Customer Experience Consultant, Gemma, as she takes you through:

  • How to use Clicker to support your child’s literacy at home

  • How to share Clicker files with your child’s school

  • How to get the most out of pre-made Clicker Sets

The webinar will take place on Thursday 24th June 2021 at 3:45pm to 4:15pm BST

Free webinar — Clicker & EAL

In this free 30-minute session, we’ll explore how Clicker’s key features can be used to support common difficulties experienced by EAL learners. We’ll take you through examples of resources for different settings and show you how to customise Clicker tools to provide personalised learning support.

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 30th June at 3:45pm to 4:15pm BST

Places are free for these webinars and can be booked via our website. A recording will also be provided to all registrants.

New LearningGrids for June

We’ve added some great new resources to LearningGrids this month — but our favourites have got to be these fabulous Clicker Maths sets!

Our 3D Shapes series helps children get to grips with basic geometry. With this collection of Clicker Books, Sentence Sets and Talk About activities, pupils can explore the properties of common shapes, develop relevant vocabulary, and practise counting faces, edges and vertices.

Our Number Sequencing series is a great way to introduce younger pupils to simple multiplication, addition and subtraction. With new ‘Missing Numbers’ Clicker Boards, children can practise counting forwards and backwards in steps of 2, 5, 10, and 100.

It’s all making sense!

Last month, we published a blog all about exploring the senses with Clicker

In this post, Gemma shares how you can use Clicker’s resources to introduce body parts and their links to the senses, explore vocabulary around touch, taste, smell and sound, and encourage children to use all of their senses when using descriptive language. It’s a perfect example of how Clicker can be easily customised to support any topic across a wide range of learning needs.

If you have a particular topic or lesson idea that you would like some guidance with, you can contact Gemma via email at We’re happy to help!

That’s all for now! We’ll see you next month for more Clicker highlights.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about Clicker, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us via email at or phone at 01604 671691.

Kind regards
