This week for Year 6 will be different as it is KS2 SATs week. They will be sitting the tests in the morning and will be taught separately in the afternoon for a little revision and some well deserved downtime between the test days. We have a SAT's page under the Parents tab above. Our children are all remarkable individuals with different interests and strengths and the SATs and outcomes do not represent all of their individuality. Reading, writing and maths are foundational subjects for all learning and the SATs tests do demonstrate how strongly our children have grasped this foundational knowledge. Our children in Year 6 have worked so hard towards their SATs and I know that our whole community will join with me in wishing them all the best of luck this week and the outcomes that they rightly deserve.
